Guangzhou Guigu Science Park is a key project of the Guangzhou Development District for the national innovation strategy, made to attract technology companies and talent from abroad. It is also a demonstration park for the China Overseas Talent Exchange Conference and a talent workstation for the district. The campus sits among hills and water, with 300,000 square metres of floor area. It is planned as a place where incubation and investment sit together for high-level talent from overseas.
