Located in Mingzhu Bay Innovation and Technology City in Nansha, Guangzhou, the project takes space exploration as its central theme. Metallic materials and contrasts of light and shadow create a spacecraft-inspired workplace that combines practical office functions with opportunities for interaction, giving a business centre a futuristic mechanical aesthetic.
The entrance sequence moves through three stages: first sight, arrival and entry. A compressed-to-open spatial progression carries visitors from the everyday into a future-oriented setting. In the open office, wood-grain flooring provides a grounded base for curved continuous desks, metal-and-leather chairs and glass tabletops. A mirrored ceiling increases the sense of depth, while plant-like pom-pom sculptures and silver planetary installations add life and playfulness.
The refreshment area combines metallic-painted GRG with dark flooring to suggest a spacecraft cabin and provide a quiet place to recharge. Meeting rooms and art installations use small planetary sculptures, projection technology, display shelving and daylight to support immersive yet practical business communication. The general manager's office uses white surfaces, a sculptural desk reminiscent of a command console, full-height glazing and softly curved furnishings to balance authority with comfort.
