The project presents Wenlan Residence as a place for the spirit to rest. Huazhong Group's Zihua Xuefu development in eastern Baoding draws on the city's educational heritage and its longstanding tradition of learning.
This ambition reflects chairman Zhao Jiantang's commitment to family, community and country. Values of virtue, courtesy and generous action inform an academic cultural identity intended to help children discover the world, encounter the history of education and imagine their future.
