The design emphasises nature, restraint and atmosphere. Branches, bamboo and the outlines of traditional buildings inform its Eastern aesthetic. A scroll-inspired feature wall is complemented by furnishings and textures with cultural and literary associations. Contemporary details preserve this character without making the space overly elaborate, relating the home to the wider project's educational and cultural identity.
