The 2026 Super Hotel Mall exhibition responds to the challenges facing smaller hotel operators and the barriers that can prevent new material brands, designers, collectible-toy businesses and artists from entering the hospitality sector. Siza Cham, Bohua Exhibitions and the WHA hotel-industry alliance bring these participants together with hotel management and operations providers, using art and digital tools to explore a more connected industry ecosystem.
The exhibition occupies more than 500 square metres and presents six practical, experience-led settings. Building materials, interior design, artistic and collectible characters, operations and Digital Home ideas are integrated into scenarios that visitors can explore directly.
Three guestroom concepts demonstrate different approaches to identity. A city-impression room uses furnishings and local cultural references to give the stay a sense of place. An artist-IP room brings artworks into the interior and provides a platform for artists and related brands. A collectible-toy IP room responds to younger guests with an individual, memorable setting and a new application for character-led brands.
Three supporting environments complete the programme: a reception lobby combining considered materials with art; a restaurant private dining room for business meals and family gatherings; and a multifunctional business-service space for meetings, discussions and events. The latter explores efficient use of space through an emphasis on furnishings and decoration within a restrained architectural framework.
