Wenlan Mansion is envisioned as a place for the spirit to rest. HZ Group chairman Zhao Jiantang draws on a commitment to family and country and Baoding's century-old educational heritage in creating Zihua Xuefu, an academy-inspired residential development in eastern Baoding. Guided by respect, virtue and positive action, the project carries forward an academic cultural tradition, opening a window onto the world for children and inviting them to discover the history of education and begin pursuing their dreams.
