At TC Design, we have always believed: the best kind of growth happens on the road. Founder SIZA CHAM led the team in person on a special study tour to Hong Kong, inviting our designers to step out of the everyday and into the heart of design itself.
The tour visited Steve Leung Design Group (SLD) and PAL Design Group, where the team exchanged ideas face to face with design veterans, listening to their understanding of and commitment to design, and feeling up close the passion that has never faded. The itinerary also included on-site visits to Hong Kong's distinctive boutique hotels and restaurants, drawing inspiration from the details of their spaces.
Back home, the company organized an internal study-sharing session, where every participant brought their observations and reflections back to the team, growing together with more colleagues. From travel to sharing, from observation to reflection, this study tour not only broadened our horizons but also brought the direction of our future into sharper focus. TC Design is committed to creating more stages for every team member to learn and shine — because growth, quite simply, must never stop.
