It's that time of year again. TC Design, never one to stick to convention — and fresh off a wild camping trip not long ago — was never going to settle for the usual this time either. Over the past year, we've walked through more than 120 projects together. Every streak of dawn and every light burning late into the night have borne witness to the day-in, day-out dedication and effort. So when the time came for our annual gathering, we chose the most relaxed way possible: a spa retreat, warm as spring, where we let go of every trace of fatigue and pressure, washed off the "work vibe," and found our energy again.
We slipped into loose, comfortable robes and let the soft lights, soothing hot springs, and relaxing massages do their work. We watched long-awaited films in a private cinema, or belted out our hearts in the KTV, letting pent-up passion pour out at last. Star-level buffet delicacies and a full spread of drinks made every moment feel free and full of joy. The lucky draws pushed the atmosphere to its climax — laughter, applause, and gasps all tangled together, with ups and downs and non-stop fun.
Looking back over the road we've traveled, every colleague has quietly tilled the soil of their own role, sweating it out day by day. Whether it's the meticulous craft behind our design projects or the bold breakthroughs of our Digital Home projects, every effort has been the driving force that carries us forward. We also offered our most sincere awards and thanks to those who made outstanding contributions — Best Newcomer, Most Improved, Dedication Award, the Office All-Nighter Star Award, Long Service Award… Your hard work is the very foundation on which the company grows stronger.
