At TC Design, we believe that great design grows out of a team in perfect sync and a shared passion. That is why we set aside our everyday blueprints and schemes and headed to the seaside for a summer team-building like no other. Four teams with wildly creative names — Team Laver (seaweed), Team Bumblebee, Team Bossy (top dog), and Team Ace — instantly lit up everyone's enthusiasm.
On the beach, colleagues shed the seriousness of work: some danced with abandon, some built sand sculptures, some struck poses for the camera. One moment they had been debating a design scheme; the next, they were laughing side by side. In the sea breeze and sunshine, these designers — usually bent over their desks — revealed their most genuine, most vibrant selves.
For TC Design, how we spend the summer matters far less than who we spend it with — a group of companions with whom we have argued, laughed, and always marched forward together. This rapport and sense of unity, nurtured in moments of ease, will find their way into every creation we make. The story, still being updated.
