SIZA CHAM is the Founder of TCDI. He graduated from Macau Hou Kong Middle School in 1992 and was subsequently sent to the Faculty of Letters at the University of Lisbon in Portugal for further studies. In 1993, he returned to China and became the first Macanese to be specially exempted from the entrance examination and admitted to the Architecture program at South China University of Technology. In July 1998, he graduated from the School of Architecture at South China University of Technology, and the same year, he founded TCDI in Macau. TCDI's Guangzhou headquarters now comprises 11 professional departments, including its R&D team, with a design team of nearly 100 professionals. In 2018, he launched the public welfare initiative "Love Builds Home." In 2019, he was a guest on CCTV's Warmth in Houjiang, a program commemorating the 20th anniversary of Macau's return to China. In 2022, he curated "Luxury Living." In 2024, he unveiled the Digital Home Platform.

He brings a multidisciplinary background spanning architecture (Master's degree, University of Lisbon, Portugal), environmental engineering (Switzerland), and fine arts (Lisbon School of Fine Arts). Since returning to Macau in 1983, he has dedicated over three decades to architectural design. His works have received numerous domestic and international awards and have been widely featured in international professional architectural media.
